36mm Field Watches
Explore compact 36mm field watches and military-style watches currently available at Watchdives. This collection focuses on true 36mm cases with clear, practical dial layouts and field-watch or military-inspired designs.
At the latest availability check, the currently purchasable 36mm options in this collection are quartz models from Militado, Rdunae and Hruodland plus the hand-wound Thorn T013. Some automatic or GMT listings may remain in the catalog but are not currently purchasable, so check the selected product and variant before ordering.

Compare four 36mm field watches by movement and fit
All four watches below have a listed 36mm case diameter and 18mm lug width, but they differ in seconds display, crystal and strap construction. Start with the movement you want, then compare lug-to-lug length with a watch that fits you.
| Model and selected configuration | Movement | Lug-to-lug | Crystal | Listed USD price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Militado ML07 — Black / Sapphire Crystal | VH31 sweep-second quartz | 43.75mm | Sapphire; K1 mineral is a separate option | $69 |
| Rdunae RA05 | Miyota 2035 quartz | 44mm | K1 domed mineral | $49 |
| Hruodland F033 — Matte Brown | VD78 small-seconds quartz | 43mm | K1 mineral with AR | $119 |
| Thorn T013 — Stainless Case / Black Dial | ST1700 hand-wound mechanical | 44.2mm | Domed-edge sapphire | $149 |
Selected configurations and listed USD product prices checked October 15, 2026. Each linked configuration was available with positive stock at that check. Prices exclude promotions and destination-specific charges; recheck the exact option before ordering. The Militado D12 is not included in this current-buy comparison because all six configurations were unavailable at the check.
Choose the seconds display and ownership routine
Choose the ML07 if a sweep-style centre seconds hand is the priority. The RA05 is the lowest-priced of these four selected configurations and uses conventional battery-powered quartz. The F033 moves the seconds display to a separate small subdial; its Matte Brown option is the one compared here. The T013 is for buyers who want a hand-wound mechanical watch and are comfortable winding it manually; it is not an automatic.
For operating details, read the VH31 guide, Miyota 2035 guide or VD78 guide.
Check the strap and water-use details
The T013 listing specifies fixed lugs: check that a replacement strap's construction is compatible, rather than choosing by 18mm width alone. The RA05 listing states 50m water resistance and explicitly says it is not intended for swimming. Confirm each model's instructions for water use; a field-watch appearance does not establish dive-watch capability.
